Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Malook Pharmaceuticals, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, if you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please refer to the following guidelines:

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@malookpharma.com. After 24 hours, orders will be processed and shipped, making cancellation no longer possible.
  • In case of successful cancellation within the specified time frame, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive such a product, please notify us at info@malookpharma.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed once the product is returned to us in its original packaging. We will notify you via email once your refund is initiated. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
