Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive such a product, please notify us at info@malookpharma.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed once the product is returned to us in its original packaging. We will notify you via email once your refund is initiated. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
